A male and female pedestrian have been hospitalsied following a serious road traffic collision that occurred in Ballyshannon, in the early hours.
The collision occurred on the N3 in Templenew and involved a vehicle and two pedestrians. The male and female pedestrian were taken to hospital where they continue to receive medical treatment. The scene of the collision has reopened following a technical examination where local diversions had been in place. Gardaí have confirmed investigations are ongoing.
