Accepting the award on behalf of the facility at the recent awards ceremony held at the Killashee Hotel in Naas, County Kildare, General Manager of Waterworld Aine Temple said: “This is such an honour for Waterworld, especially the second year in a row. Without our hardworking and dedicated staff doing what they do, day in and day out, we would not be where we are now. I would like to thank each and every member of the team for another great season and we look forward to welcoming guests again in 2025.”
Karl Dunne, CEO of Ireland Active added: “The NQS Awards are a celebration of excellence in Ireland’s leisure, health, and fitness industry. These awards recognize the commitment to quality and community impact that makes our industry vibrant and essential. Congratulations to all our winners, whose dedication enhances the lives of communities across Ireland.”
Chair of Waterworld Bundoran Cllr Michael McMahon added his congratulations. He said: “We are delighted once again for the success of Waterworld in the Ireland Active NQS Awards. I’d like to pay tribute to Aine and her team who have once again achieved this accolade – a true example of hard work and dedication to the highest standards right throughout the busy summer season in Bundoran.”
