Rory Delap has been appointed Derby County's new U21 manager following a number of changes at the club.

The sacking last week of first team coach Paul Clement led to the appointment of U21 manager, Darren Wassell to first team duties.

And it had a knock-on effect down the line with Delap (pictured below), who was in charge of the club's U-18 side, promoted to take charge of the U21s for their final run of games in the campaign.

Wassall took charge of his first game against MK Dons at the iPro Stadium on Saturday but it didn't go well for the new boss as Derby lost 1-0.

Meanwhile, Carl McHugh's Plymouth Argyle won again at the weekend. They beat Mansfield 3-0 in League 2. Seamus Coleman featured for Everton who went down to a 1-0 home defeat to West Brom.
