Cup semi-final gets weekend action underway

There's a mix of important cup and league action this weekend in the Donegal League.

The games get underway on Friday night with the first of this weekend's semi-finals in the Brian McCormick Cup. Milford United play St. Catherine's at Diamond Park, Ballyare at 7pm.

The second semi-final is on Sunday, at the same venue with Castlefin Celtic u against Glenea United 2pm).

On Saturday, Glencar Celtic face Drumkeen United at Dry Arch Park in the final of the Saturday League Cup.

The Saturday League Shield decider is also on Saturday with Drumbar FC up against Mulroy Celtic.

In the Brian Mc Cormick Sports Premier Division, it's top versus bottom as Drumoghill take on Cappry Rovers, The leaders Drumoghill should ease past a Cappry side who are struggling to find form.

Also on Sunday, Kildrum are at home to Gweedore Celtic who could get out of the automatic relegation zone with an away win.
