Finn Harps and Cork City will have to find a new date for their SSE Airtricity Premier Division fixture next month.
The FAI confirmed this evening that the game between Finn Harps and Cork City scheduled for Tuesday, September 6th in Ballybofey has been postponed due to the visitors having two players included in an international underage squad.
It’s the second time that the Cork fixture has been put back. The game was initially fixed for Finn Park in July but was postponed due to the Leesiders' European commitments. A new date for the game has yet to be confirmed.
Finn Harps F.C. say they will issue a further statement on the matter as soon as possible.
