Kilcar hit another big score

Despite being without a number of regulars including Ryan McHugh and Michael Hegarty, Kilcar had too much firepower for Bundoran.

Kilcar . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 4-20

Bundoran . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3-9

They had 1-8 on the scoreboard before Christy Keaney raised the first white flag for Bundoran. Ashley Carr, in his first senior game since returning from London, had the first Kilcar goal.

By half-time Bundoran had reduced the leeway to 1-11 to 1-4, thanks to a Mikey McEniff goal.

But there was no let up in the second half as Darragh O'Donnell flicked a Patrick McBrearty centre to the net on 39 minutes.

Jamie Brennan had a goal for Bundoran but McBrearty added a third goal on 49 minutes. Brennan got his second goal before Eoin McHugh completed the rout with a well taken goal on the stroke of time.
