Niall Dunne . . . new boss in Bundoran
Realt Na Mara, Bundoran have turned to one of their own as a senior football manager for 2019 following the appointment of Niall Dunne as player manager.
The big midfielder was appointed by the club committee on Sunday evening and he takes over from Francie Martin, who was recently appointed the new man in Dungloe.
Former players Darragh Dolan and Conor Barrett make up Dunne’s management team.
Meanwhile, Liam Kennedy and Martin Shovlin will guide Naomh Ultan’s fortunes in 2019.
Liam Kennedy and Donegal All-Ireland winner Shovlin are both long serving players with the Division Three club.
Liam Kennedy was a member of a three man management team along with Luke Keaney and Paul Byrne last season.
