Warm conditions helped draw more than 200 runners, from near and far, to Buncrana to mark the club's silver jubilee.
The route, which was recently re-measured to ensure distance and therefore times are accurate, followed the traditional one used for the Furey 5K.
Raheny AC's Kieran Kelly, who has represented Ireland at senior international level and has won numerous national titles, led the field home, dipping under 15 minutes to finish in 14 minutes 55 seconds.
He was followed by John Jo Doherty (Finn Valley AC) in 15:18 and David Laird (Foyle Valley AC) in 15:46.
Nakita Burke from Letterkenny AC was the first woman home, covering the course in 16 mins 37 seconds, followed closed by Maria McGee (Rosses AC) in 16:47 and Sarah Kelly (City of Derry) in 17:16.
David Porter led the large contingent of Inishowen AC home in 17:22, with Kirsty Downey the leading woman for the host club in 18:58.
