It will be a mostly dry start to today with some sunny spells in Donegal today.
Scattered showers will spread from the west during the afternoon and some may turn heavy across the evening. Light or moderate westerly winds will veer northwesterly later in the day. Highest temperatures of 14 to 16 degrees.
Clear spells and further heavy scattered showers overnight, the showers mostly in the east of the province or along coasts, with long dry spells elsewhere. Lowest temperatures of 6 to 9 degrees with a light to moderate northwesterly wind.
Saturday will bring sunny spells and scattered showers. Highest temperatures of 14 to 16 degrees with a moderate west to northwest wind.
