Some pockets of dense fog will persist in Donegal this morning, Monday, but will gradually clear to leave a largely dry day with hazy sunny spells and isolated showers according to Met Éireann.

Highest temperatures of 7 to 9 degrees in a light variable breeze.

A mix of clear spells and scattered showers tonight. Some mist and fog will form overnight, with dense pockets possible later. Lowest temperatures of 0 to 3 degrees with a touch of frost developing in a light southerly or variable breeze.

Mist and fog will slowly clear tomorrow morning, with sunny spells and scattered showers for the rest of the day. Highest temperatures of 5 to 7 degrees in a light southwest or variable breeze.
