Brightening up from the northwest this afternoon with crisp sunny spells developing, with ighest temperatures of 12 to 15 degrees with light to moderate southwest winds veering light northwest as the rain clears

A cloudy and rainy start for Donegal before sunny spells later in the day

Mostly cloudy to begin with today in Donegal with outbreaks of rain and drizzle along with mist patches.

Brightening up from the northwest this afternoon with crisp sunny spells developing, with ighest temperatures of 12 to 15 degrees with light to moderate southwest winds veering light northwest as the rain clears.

Largely dry tonight with clear spells to begin. Cloud amounts will tend to increase from the northwest as the night goes on with a few light showers possible near the west coast. Isolated patches of mist and fog will form in the mainly light westerly or variable breezes, moderate near the west coast. Lowest temperatures of 3 to 8 degrees.

Largely dry tomorrow, Wednesday, with just a few light showers in the west of the region. There'll be a mix of cloud and bright or sunny breaks, these at their best in the east and south of province. Highest temperatures 12 to 14 degrees. Light to moderate west to southwest winds increasing moderate to fresh in the afternoon and becoming strong near the west coast.
