The Killymard Lipsync Battle takes place in the Abbey Hotel on Friday, April 4 at 7pm, and there has been a huge demand for tickets. There will also be a fundraising auction and raffle on the evening which is MC-ed by Noel Cunningham.

Parents, teachers, students, pupils and past pupils have come up with some fantastic entries. The audience is sure to be highly entertained with acts channelling Queen, Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton, Michael Jackson, Gene Kelly, Pitch Perfect, Chicago, Sister Act, Mary Poppins, Grease, The Greatest Showman, Rednex, Wicked, Matilda, Jedward, Bewitched, Legally Blonde and many more.

The participants are putting the final touches to their acts and costumes, and are looking forward to performing.

Organisers are grateful to everyone who is taking part, sponsoring acts, lots and prizes, or who has bought tickets. The individual acts are also gathering sponsorship and donations, so there is still plenty of opportunity to support this fundraiser.

More information, updates, and a sneak preview of what to expect can be found on the Scoil an Linbh Íosa, Killymard Facebook page.
