Circus Vegas set to thrill Letterkenny with daring stunts and unforgettable acts

Circus Vegas is set to arrive in Letterkenny for a five-day engagement from May 1 to May 5.

The event, taking place on the Neil T Blaney Road, will feature a wide range of international circus performers, with two shows scheduled daily throughout the Bank Holiday weekend.

The headline attraction is the Globe of Death and FMX stunt riding team, featuring motorcycle performers executing high-speed tricks and gravity-defying stunts inside a steel globe. The act is expected to be a major draw, combining precision, suspense, and dramatic visual impact.

Alongside the stunt acts, Circus Vegas will showcase a variety of performances including skilled acrobats, Vegas-style showgirls, and comedic segments. A new character, Chespirito the clown, will be introduced to audiences for the first time, bringing classic slapstick humour and family-friendly fun to the production.

All shows will be held under a climate-controlled big top tent, ensuring comfort for spectators regardless of weather conditions. Free parking will be available on site. Performances on May 1 and May 2 will take place at 4:30pm and 7:30pm. On May 3 and May 4, showtimes are scheduled for 2pm and 5pm. The final day, May 5, will feature shows at 12pm and 3pm.

Ticket offers include a €12 cash-only special for performances on May 1 and a €15 “MegaDeal” on May 5, offered on a first come, first served basis. Tickets can be purchased online or at the box office up to 30 minutes before each show. A discount code, “ONLINE2025,” can be used when booking online to receive €5 off any seat, on any day.

Organisers say the show is suitable for all ages and is expected to draw large crowds across the weekend. The tour brings with it a blend of classic circus tradition and modern spectacle, promising a lively and memorable experience for all who attend.
