The New Year's Day Swim is a popular attraction each year
The Bluestack Foundation has been selected as the beneficiary of the Doe Amateur Swimmers’ 48th New Year’s Swim.
The swim will take place at Marble Hill on New Year's Day at 2pm.

"This long-standing community tradition continues to make a real impact, and we’re proud to see it support such an incredible organisation dedicated to empowering individuals with additional needs and their families," event organisers say. "Wishing the swimmers the best of luck as they take the plunge for a great cause! There will also be barcodes on display in the local shops for those who wish to donate to the swim and who might not be able to attend on the day."
The Bluestack Special Needs Foundation CLG is a voluntary organisation run predominantly by parents of children with special needs and professionals who work in the disability sector.
