Eric Roberts survived the second week of Dancing with the Stars.

Glen native and Ireland AM presenter Eric and his partner Arianna Favaro performed a Foxtrot to Daisies by Justin Bieber. They scored 22 points.

Topping the leaderboard with a score of 32 points was musician Tolü Makay and her partner Maciej Zięba. They danced an American Smooth to Man I Need by Olivia Dean.

Comedian and actor Michael Fry became the first celebrity to be eliminated from the competition. Alongside pro dancer Kylee Vincent, Michael received the lowest combined total from judges’ scores and public votes.  

Michael said: “I had the best time, and I was really scared, but I wanted to do it and I did it scared.”

Next week is the much-anticipated Movie Week special airing on Sunday 18 January from 6:30pm on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player.
