A special evening celebrating culture, music and community will take place in the Rosses next month with the launch of a newly written song inspired by the coastline and spirit of the area.
Ag Siúl Cois na Trá, composed by Patrick Ó Domhnaill from Béal na Cruite, will be showcased at a gathering that promises to bring together music, tradition and a strong sense of local togetherness.
The event will be held at Óstán Chaisleáin Óir in Annagry on Saturday, February 7, with proceedings getting underway at 7pm. Those attending can expect live music, good company and food on the night, along with a warm fáilte extended to all who wish to take part in the celebration.

The evening is supported by Cairdeanna Nealtóg Áitiúla and aims to highlight the cultural richness of the Rosses, with the new song drawing inspiration from the coastal landscape and the people who call the area home. Tickets are priced at €15, and organisers are encouraging people from near and far to come along and share in what is set to be a memorable and enjoyable night together.
