Cara Run seeks charities to support

At this time of year we are encouraged to think of others and there has been at trend in recent years of giving gifts that provide for those in need. The Cara Bundoran 10 Mile Challenge takes place next March and the organisers are looking for organisations to give some of the revenues to. The race, which is a not-for-profit venture, already provided funds to Tir Chonnaill Athletics Club and Barrettstown in 2011. For this year’s race they are seeking submissions from registered charities, local or national, to give a proportion of the race funds to along with Tir Chonnaill AC.
