Townlands and People Heritage Group Talk
The Townlands and People Heritage Group and the Belfast Hills Partnership are hosting a talk in The Benwiskin Centre by Dr. Jim Bradley, Partnership Manager, on Thursday, 27th February at 8pm. The Belfast Hills Partnership brings together statutory bodies with a role to play in the Hills, including the four Councils of Belfast, Lisburn, Newtownabbey and Antrim. These are joined by local groups to include environment and heritage groups and farmers. This Talk will give an insight into the work undertaken by all involved and the initiatives taken to benefit the Belfast Hills. This meeting is open to all members of the community. The Community Genealogy Project will be on display. Refreshments served. Free admission.
Scoil Naomh Molaise, Grange Enrolment Day Thursday, 6th of March. 9.45am to 11.00 am. All welcome.
There will be a cake sale on Sunday the 2nd of March after 12noon Mass in Grange Community Hall to raise funds for Darragh Fallon who is heading to South Africa in March, with the Niall Mellon Trust, to help build a school in a township. All support will greatly appreciated.
