Christmas Carol services

Three special carol services due to take place in Milford, Kilmacrennan, Rathmullan and Rossnakill will add atmosphere and enjoyment to the festive season for all those who attend the wonderful events.

Three special carol services due to take place in Milford, Kilmacrennan, Rathmullan and Rossnakill will add atmosphere and enjoyment to the festive season for all those who attend the wonderful events.

These evenings will be opportunities to enjoy and join in celebrating the real meaning of Christmas and the special birth of Our Lord in Bethlehem. The first Carol Service will take place on Tuesday, December 11 at 8pm in the Town Hall, Milford when there will be special Christmas music by talented pianist and singer Graham Murphy. Vincent Brown will share his thoughts about the Christmas story.

The second carol service will be take place Wednesday, December 12 at 8pm in the Village Hall, Kilmacrennan. The talented Graham Murphy will play and sing some special Christmas Gospel songs and John Mulhern will share a Christmas meditation.

The third Carol Service will take place on Thursday December, 13 at 8pm in the Saint Vincent de Paul Centre in Rathmullan. Graham Murphy will sing and play a further selection of Christmas carols and music and Teddy Doherty will share his thoughts on the importance of Christmas.

On Friday, December 14 the final service will take place at 8pm in Rossnakill Resource Centre and Graham Murphy will again be the guest musician and Vincent Brown will bring a Christmas meditation. Tea, coffee and mince pies will be served after the Carol Services.

These special evenings will be friendly and informal. They will be enjoyable for all members of the family and for the whole community. Admission is free and you will be warmly welcomed to share friendship with people from different places.

These evenings are arranged by Irish Bible Ministries.
