Where are they now? Donegal’s heroes that took home the 2012 All-Ireland

Donegal won the All-Ireland SFC for the second time in their history in 2012, when they defeated Mayo 2-11 to 0-13 in the final at Croke Park under Jim McGuinness

The St Eunan’s midfielder was part of the Donegal panel from 2001 but would have to wait until 2006 before making his championship debut under Brian McIver. Ended up a three-time Ulster SFC winner as well as lifting Sam Maguire in 2012. Retired from county football in 2015, although made a comeback for the 2016 campaign. Won six Donegal SFC titles with St Eunan’s and one as manager in 2021. Currently in charge of Watty Grahams Glen in Derry and works at Scoil Cholmcille in Letterkenny.
