Where are they now? Donegal’s heroes that took home the 2012 All-Ireland

Donegal won the All-Ireland SFC for the second time in their history in 2012, when they defeated Mayo 2-11 to 0-13 in the final at Croke Park under Jim McGuinness

Walsh from Naomh Bríd was back assisting at his local club last year and was a second-half substitute in the 2012 All-Ireland final. Had trials at Luton Town FC as a teen and ended up making his championship debut in 2008 and won three Ulsters and the 2012 All-Ireland before retiring from inter-county football in 2017. A sales executive at the Donegal Democrat in 2012, he is now a sales manager at MCM Brands.
