Donegal have a 12-year unbeaten league record in Ballybofey on the line against Tyrone

The last visiting team to win at MacCumhaill Park in the league was Down, back on March 13, 2010

2015 - Division 1
With Rory Gallagher promoted to senior manager, his tenure began with a 1-15 to 0-12 win over Derry in Ballybofey, with Odhrán MacNiallais scoring the only goal of the game. Gallagher’s side played only once more at MacCumhaill Park and put in a very impressive showing against a Tyrone side who they were due to face in their Ulster SFC opener. In the league, Mickey Harte’s team were beaten 1-13 to 0-6 at MacCumhaill Park, with Ryan McHugh the goalscorer. Donegal ended up in the Division 1 semi-final, with one eye on the championship, and were beaten 4-11 to 0-19 by Cork. (10)
