Lillie’s Restaurant has just opened at The Mount Errigal Hotel in Letterkenny.

At the heart of Lillie’s is Head Chef Manus McBride, who has shared his culinary expertise with the hotel for over 28 years. The restaurant’s launch marks an exciting new chapter, unveiling a modern menu that pairs beautifully with Lillie’s interiors.

The menu features a selection of classic dishes built around local ingredients, from dry-aged Irish sirloin and beef bourguignon pie to spice-rubbed salmon and duck croquettes. Each dish reflects a focus on balance, texture, and the use of seasonal, regional produce.

We’ve loved watching Lillie’s Restaurant take shape over the past few months, from its beautifully designed interiors to the carefully crafted menu,” Conor McEniff, General Manager of Mount Errigal Hotel, said. “Our aim has always been to create a welcoming space, somewhere familiar for our regulars and a perfect setting to celebrate special occasions. We look forward to welcoming guests to experience it for themselves, and we hope they’ll love it just as much as we do.” 

Lillie’s Restaurant is located at Mount Errigal Hotel, Ballyraine, Letterkenny. The opening hours are Sunday to Thursday from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 12:30 pm to 9:45 pm.
