The selection was held in the Waterfront Hotel and various local businesses were seen showcasing their produce. Five award-winning chefs demonstrated their creations and culinary skills at the event: Michael McClafferty of Strand Road Bar and Kitchen, Falcarragh; Chris McMenamin and Colin McKee of Biddy O’Barnes, Barnesmore Gap; Garry Anderson of The Boathouse Restaurant and The Seafood Shack, Killybegs; and Brian O’Donnell of Danny Minnie’s, Annagry.
