Olympic Recognition: Daniel Magee
Daniel Magee is the High Performance Director at Badminton Ireland since 2018. Prior to that he was the Education and Training Manager. Daniel was also a National Coach for six years and was the Irish Badminton Team Manager for the London Olympics in 2012. The Magee family from Raphoe have been the backbone of the Irish international team for over a decade via Daniel’s sister Chloe and brothers Daniel and Joshua and niece Rachel Darragh. Last summer in Tokyo, Daniel Magee was Badminton Team Lead for the Ireland squad.
