In Pictures: A fantastic turnout in Bundoran for Darkness Into Light

Families, fire fighters, soldiers and dogs were among the hundreds of people taking part, with music participants treated to music by Johnny Gallagher along the route

While Darkness Into Light numbers were down in some areas, the turnout in Bundoran was notably high, with Cllr Michael McMahon estimating that around 300 people took part. There were lots of families doing the walk, as well as members of Bundoran Fire Service and soldiers from Finner Camp. On arrival back at Bundoran Retail Part, participants were treated to sandwiches, home bakes, tea and coffee. Click on the arrows to see Siobhan McNamara's photos of the event:
