A total of 12 ceremonies took place in the Mahony Hall in The Helix from Monday, October 20 to Thursday October 23, featuring students from the University’s five faculties; the DCU Business School, the Institute of Education, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Faculty of Science & Health, and the Faculty of Engineering & Computing.

This year sees the first graduates from 12 new DCU courses; Graduate Certificate in Autism Education, Master of Education in Special Educational, BSc in Physics with Data Analytics, BSc in Psychology and Disruptive Technology, BSc in Psychology and Mathematics, Master of Engineering in Mechanical and Sustainability Engineering, BSc in Digital Business and Innovation, Master of Science in Financial Technology and Innovation, Master of Science in Athletic Therapy and Strength and Conditioning, BSc in Chemistry with Artificial Intelligence, Graduate Certificate in Women's Health and BSc in Bioprocessing.

Speaking at the graduation ceremonies, Prof Daire Keogh, President of Dublin City University said: “The graduation ceremony is one of the most important occasions in any university calendar. It is a proud day for the entire DCU community, as we recognise and celebrate the academic achievements of our students.

“As they start the next chapter, I am confident that they will continue to honour DCU’s enduring mission, ‘to transform lives and societies’.”
