Generous-spirited Mountcharles woman Mary Meehan celebrated her 105th birthday with a fundraising coffee morning. Click on the arrows to see Siobhan McGowan's photos:

The event took place in St Patrick's Parish Centre, Donegal Town, and Mary was joined by family, friends, neighbours and well-wishers. Those presented were treated to Mary’s rendition of Danny Boy, with help from members of her family.

Proceeds are in support of Mayor Anna Gallagher's causes, Donegal Hospice and Donegal Community Hospital.
