All groups were awarded for their excellent achievement throughout the year making 2024 the best yet for the young girls in Convoy.
“It was a lovely evening celebrating these young girls and without the help of the coaches all year there would not be football available," the club said. "We are keen to get many more girls involved and make Convoy Arsenal the team to be part of and new players are always welcome. Contact the Facebook details if interested and you will be directed to the relevant person. Well done to all the girls for your energy, effort and commitment. It has paid off. Here's to 2025 and making more memories for girls' football.
“It was plain to see how much girls' football has exploded in the club and we hope it continues this way for many years. They had the pleasure of having local talent Orlaith Doherty from Drumkeen there to help present the girls with their medals and awards.
“Orlaith is such an inspiration to all the young girls, having previously played for Sligo Rovers, currently playing for Finn Harps and coaching the underage girls in Drumkeen United who have just completed their first season in the Donegal Women's League.”
