Top picks for Sunday as Heritage Week 2024 in Donegal draws to a close

Sunday, August 25 marks the final day of a fantastic Heritage Week programme

Tae in the Bog, Dunlewey

Please note change of venue.

Due to the weather and the conditions of the path into Altan, organisers are now hosting Sunday’s ‘Tae in the Bog’ indoors at Ionad Cois Locha, Dunlewey, F92 PK22  from 1pm to 3pm (instead of at Altan farm as originally planned).

A spokesperson said: “We will still have the same lineup of musicians and speakers, but now in the beautiful setting of Dunlewey, in front of the open fire.

“So come along and join us to hear a little bit about the history of Altan and listen to the stories and music that celebrate the connections between nature, landscape and culture.

“This event is now free to attend.
