Watch: New song released about Donegal featuring Gerry Adams

The song titled ‘Donegal/The Swallow's Tail’ was written by Davie Furey and features a Tír Chonaill Thuath poem read by Gerry Adams

Davie Furey, a musician and songwriter from Meath, has collaborated with Irish republican and former Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams on his new song. 

The song titled ‘Donegal/The Swallow's Tail’ was written by Furey and features a Tír Chonaill Thuath poem from Adams. Furey and Adams are joined by Mike McGoldrick, Éanna Ó Cróinin, Kane O’Rourke and Martin Quinn in the video, which was shot by Martin McAuley and edited by Mark McGuire.
