An American influencer has described a Donegal handknitter as "an angel in human form."
New Yorker Marissa Meizz, who had 580,000 followers on Tiktok and 71,000 on Instragam was in Muckross, Kilcar, when she decided to pop into Kathleen Meehan Aran Handknits with friends. Marissa videoed her experience and to date, it has been viewed over 800,000 times on Tiktok, where it has over 125,000 likes, with over over 90,000 likes also on Instagram.
"We're in Ireland on a road trip and we saw this hand-knit sweaters sign and we had to pull off to the side," Marissa said. "I think it's some lady's house - I'm not sure."
