The newly restored engine arrives back in Donegal Town after extensive restoration

It has been 62 years since a train last ran through Barnesmore Gap, but the Drumboe steam engine made its way through on Saturday afternoon while being transported to Donegal Town following restoration work. 

Crowds turned out at a number of places along the route to see the beautifully restored engine that was once a regular feature in Barnesmore Gap.
