Around 80 people of all ages took to the water at Mountcharles to start the new year off with a dip in the sea.
After days of wind and rain, the weather on New Year's Day morning was relatively settled, and there was a fantastic celebratory atmosphere at the Big Pier. This annual event is a fundraiser for the local RNLI.
