Watch: Deano Larkin says composure was key to Bonagee's Knockalla success

Larkin's goal just before half-time gave Bonagee a lead and from there they went onto win 3-1 and clinch their second cup success this week

Deano Larkin and Bonagee United's experience in the cup competitions continues to stand to them and they added the Knockalla Caravans Cup to their collection with a 3-1 win over Aileach FC in Buncrana.

Larkin's goal just before half-time, which made it 2-1 to the side managed by Jason Gibson, the key moment as the Dry Arch Park club added to their victory over Maiden City in the North West of Ulster Intermediate Cup last Friday, with the Donegal New League Cup final still to be contested.

"We knew it was never going to be easy here," Larkin said. "They can play and the pitch was immaculate. We hit the post a couple of times but didn't and anything can happen in a cup final. The boys were calm and we knew if we just played our game then we could win it.
