Naomh Columba qualified for the Michael Murphy Sports & Leisure Intermediate semi-final last night, when they overcame St. Naul's in the quarter-final replay under lights in Ardara.
The men from Glencolmcille came good in the second half to run out easy winners, 2-7 to 0-3, thanks to goals from Philip Doherty and Gavin McGinley.
They now meet Burt in the semi-final, fixed for Glenswilly on Saturday at 2 pm.
After the game, Noel 'Freddie' McGinley, who was in charge of Naomh Columba on the night, gave his reaction.
