A wonderful St Brigid's night held in Mullachdubh

Those gathered were shown how to make St Brigid's Crosses

A night to celebrate St Brigid was held in the old school in Mullachdubh on the saint's feastday.
It has been 7 years since such an event was held in the area. The event was planned by Oifigeach Pleanála Teanga na Rosann.
Seamus Peter O Baoill and Brian Mc Glinchey showed those present how to make St Bridget's Crosses.
The singers on the evening were Huidí Mac Gairbheá and Molly Ní Shearcaigh.
Eugene Mac Gairbhithe and Adrian Alcorn were present from the Coiste Pleanála Teanga.
Catherine Nì Cnaimhsí and Jess Ní Bhriain took photographs of the evening. Refreshments were also served.
