Milford's Moyle View would be proposed entrance to apartment blocks
Planning is being sought from Donegal County Council for the construction of three apartment blocks containing nine apartments in Milford.
Fanad-based Murrin Civils Ltd is the listed applicant for the project, which has a planned entrance via the Moyle View housing estate in Forquar, Milford.
The applicant has applied for the partial demolition and reconstruction works to an existing vacant building, to provide two two-bed apartments and two one-bed apartments.

A vacant store/warehouse building is planned to be renovated for the second apartment block, providing two one-bed apartments and one studio apartment.
The construction of a third apartment block would provide two tow-bed apartments.
Proposals also include other associated site works such as an amenity area, car parking, external storage areas, a bin compound, a bicycle storage area, a retaining wall and connection to existing services.
Donegal County Council has set a decision due date for the submitted planning application for January 27, 2026.
