Loreto Community School Milford organising a ‘sleep out’

North West Simon Community have been busy visiting Schools and Community groups following Letterkenny ‘Sleep Out’ and the amount raised will be announced in the coming days.

They are delighted to learn that Loreto Community School will engage in their very own ‘Sleep Out’ with over 30 LCVP taking part.

The ‘Sleep Out’ is taking place this coming Thursday, 13th Oct at the school grounds from 10pm and will be accompanied by eight  teachers.  The students are reaching out to family, friends and neighbours for sponsorship and any businesses that would like to ‘adopt a sleeper’ for the night would be greatly appreciated.

Special thanks to  Mc Gettigan’s Butchers, Milford who have agreed to sponsor 100 sausages for breakfast on Friday morning and several teachers who have not slept out will cook up breakfast to fuel students for the day ahead as they intend to engage in a normal day of lessons.

North West Simon Community would like to wish the Students and teachers at Loreto Community School, Milford the very best of luck, please wrap up well and thank you for your extreme act of kindness towards the cause.
