Departing Ronan Coady thanks everyone who made Bambi in Ramelton 'a special place'

Ronan Coady has bid his farewells to the people of Ramelton.

The Newtowncunningham native has been running Bambi & Bean at the Quay since the start of the year and is taking up a position in Dublin.

"What a year it’s been, I took over Bambi in January having never made a coffee before and somehow people kept coming back," he posted. Grateful for everyone that comes down and makes Bambi a special place. Matthew Johnston has been the best landlord anyone could ask for, I think I done Okay at maintaining the Bambi reputation.

"I’ve started a new career in Finance in Dublin and will miss Bambi loads, but I won’t miss the early mornings baking and neither will my mother. Maybe there will be another pop-up before the years over, maybe not!"
