Donegal company XiV Clothing wins Three’s Grants for Small Businesses

With bold designs that merge urban aesthetics and Irish identity, XiV empowers wearers to express individuality and creativity through fashion

Three Ireland is delighted to announce that XiV Clothing from Donegal has been chosen as one of 10 winners of 2025’s Grants for Small Businesses programme which sees the business secure a portion of the €100,000 bursary.

Three’s Grants for Small Businesses programme - funded by Three Ireland and administered by the small business network and support provider, Enterprise Nation - includes a €5,000 cash award, €5,000 worth of device and connectivity solutions, along with ongoing support from Three Ireland’s team of in-house business experts.

Alongside XiV Clothing, other winners included KidCast, Polliknow and SmartSpace Technologies which showcase innovative business ideas from a wide range of industries and sectors including podcasting, climate and home security.

The programme, which is now in its fifth year, has provided Irish SMEs with an investment of over €750,000 by Three since 2021 across products and services, advertising and PR support, as well as access to industry expertise.

Padraig Sheerin, Head of SME, Three Ireland said: “The Grants for Small Businesses programme has been a standout initiative for Three Ireland, and we’re extremely proud of how it has grown and evolved during that time. Now in its fifth consecutive year, our partnership with Enterprise Nation continues to deliver crucial support for small businesses, empowering them to progress and thrive on their journeys.

"This year, we received a host of extremely strong applications from an incredible range of businesses, each demonstrating impressive ambition, innovation, and drive - reaffirming the strength of Ireland’s entrepreneurial spirit. The standard of entries has been outstanding, and we’re thrilled to present this year’s award to XiV Clothing from Donegal. We look forward to seeing XiV Clothing continue to build on their success in the years ahead.”
