Green Pastures 25% Sour Cream highlighted in list organised by the Guild of Fine Food

A Convoy-based dairy food product manufacturer has been listed in the 2026 Golden Forks nominations in the 2026 Great Taste Awards.

Green Pastures, a family-owned business founded in 1989, was one of three businesses from the Republic of Ireland to be in the 33-product-long list, with products coming from the UK and continental Europe.

The Great Taste Awards and Golden Forks nominations are recognised as a stamp of excellence and are organised by the Guild of Fine Food.

There were more than 15,000 entries from over 100 countries to be considered for a Golden Fork nomination.

Green Pastures were nominated for their 25% Sour Cream, alongside Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers’ Organic Cashel Blue, and Wexford Home Preserves’ Blackcurrant Jam.

The Green Pastures Sour Cream was also one of 33 winners from the Republic of Ireland to be awarded three stars in the Great Tastes Awards, alongside the 63% Dark Chocolate Croithlí Whiskey Infused by Coco Milis.

Sights are now set for the Golden Forks Award Ceremony on September 15, at the Battersea Arts Centre in the UK, which recognises the very best food in the world.
