Planning sought from Donegal County Council for Dungloe apartments
Proposals submitted for three apartments on Dungloe’s Main Street
Planning permission has been sought from Donegal County Council for the construction of three apartments in Dungloe.
The applicant, Kenneth Campbell, who is the Director of P&I Campbell Auctioneers Ltd and the registered owner of the property for which the application was made, has submitted the application to Donegal County Council.
Proposed is the change of use from an existing storage facility over a retail shop to three single-bed apartments, and the development of car parking facilities, connection to existing public sewers serving the existing building and all associated site development works.
The property has been vacant in excess of two years.
Donegal County Council has yet to announce a decision due date for the submitted application.
