The case was heard at Letterkenny courthouse
A man has appeared in court charged with sexually assaulting a woman in Donegal.
The man, who is aged in his 20s, appeared at Letterkenny District Court on Monday.
A publication order was ordered in the case to protect the identity of the alleged victim.
The case was adjourned until February 26, 2024 for the service of a book of evidence.
