Gardai in Letterkenny seized a car on Saturday which had no valid documentation on show.
A motorist faces a court appearance after having the vehicle seized.
The tax on the car was expired for over a year. There was no valid insurance and the car had no NCT certificate.
A garda spokesperson said: “Do not drive on public roads unless you have all of the necessary legal documentation.”
