A disqualified motorist was caught behind the wheel in Dunkineely on Tuesday.
Garda from the Donegal Town Roads Policing Unit were assisting at a multi agency checkpoint in the south Donegal village.
A disqualified driver was detected with the help of the mobility app and an arrest was made.
A Garda spokesperson said: “The vehicle was seized. Court proceedings will follow.”
