The attempted theft took place in Bundoran
Two men made off when confronted as they attempted to steal from a cash box at a Bundoran business.
The pair entered the premises at approximately 10.25pm on Sunday, August 11. They unsuccessfully attempted to force open a cash box but did cause damage to the property. The men left immediately when confronted.
The attempted theft happened at a business premises on the Atlantic Way, Bundoran. Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have dash cam footage from the Atlantic Way area or within Bundoran town between 10-11pm on Sunday. If anyone has relevant information they can contact Ballyshannon Garda station on 071-9858530.
