Two men attempting to steal a trailer holding a ride-on mower from a house in Killea fled the scene after being disturbed.
The incident occurred just after 11.10pm on Friday last, March 7.
Two men attempted to steal a trailer from a property at Killea Cottages in Altaghderry, close to the Donegal-Derry border.
The men were travelling in a wine coloured Suzuki Grand Vitara jeep and fled immediately upon being disturbed.

A garda spokesperson said: “We appeal to road users who have a dash cam and who were in the area between 10.30pm and 11.30pm to make the footage available to Gardaí. Any relevant information may be passed to Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074-9167100.”
