An appeal was made on RTÉ’s Crimecall on Monday night regarding a theft of perfume in Donegal Town.

“After a moment, he turns around and takes two bottles of perfume off a shelf and places them within a pocket,” Garda Greg Freegrove explained to viewers. “Seconds later, he does it again, taking another two bottles and again puts them into his pocket.

“The man then leaves the shop with the bottles, with around €160. The suspect is tall, at about 6ft 2in, in his late 30s or early 40s, with black and grey hair. He is wearing a black jacket, a white t-shirt, black trousers and black and white shoes.”
