The 34-year-old, of Umgola Manor, Armagh City, is charged with offences relating to February 4, 2024 at Crocknamurleog, Downings.

Bail was granted on condition that he provide a contact number to Gardai and be contactable 24-7.
He was represented in court by solicitor Ms Alison Parke. Legal aid was granted and two counsel were assigned in the case.
